Created as an independent tabletop RPG publisher, Wandering Pilgrim Games was made to provide patrons with engaging, thought provoking, and fun to play TTRPG materials! We’re here to enhance or dominate your night of pen and paper RPG’s!

Alongside our own custom TTRPG, The Hydra System, we specialize in such TTRPGs as Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition, Mutants and Masterminds, the Fantasy Flight Star Wars RPG, and so much more!

Steel Horizons, a game Powered by Hydra, allows players to take on the roles of mercenaries and freelancers looking to make their way in a post war Dieselpunk world. Using your wits, skills, and Pyric-infused weapons, only you can carve your way through the perils and pitfalls of roving bands of soldiers, wild mutated beasts, and the scheming machinations of feuding nations.

The Hydra System is a dice pool system using d12s. Players create pools of d12 focusing ranks in various Attributes along with any “tags” they choose and roll determining various levels of success or potential failure.

Welcome to the Playtest Lab! An ongoing live-streaming series where we gather together a group of amazing players who volunteer to assist us in playtesting our products! From playing through our various one shots and adventures to trying out our various subclass options for players.

how can i join?

Great question! By clicking on the button below, you will be able to join our Guilded server. Once there, by joining the Playtest Lab channel, you will be given the role of “Playtester” which opens up our Playtest Lab set up channel and gain access to a group of dedicated players who we pull from to test out our materials!

Where can i watch?

So far, we have been streaming our episodes of the Playtest Lab on our Twitch channel WanPilGames. By joining our Guilded server above, you can get up to date details on when we will be playing as well as chances to join in on the action! Once we’ve completed the stream, all old episodes can be found on our YouTube channel as well!
